- Experience in a call center or mortgage-related field
- Ability to use follow-up skills effectively
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and regulations

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles
- Familiarity with loan origination systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and licensed MLOs
