      Job Description

      • Support the Data Governance Office team in preparation and execution of the Data Exchange Attestation cycle.
      • Carry out activities such as preparation of materials, reports, data extracts, load files.
      • Assist team with user testing and validation of changes to attestation tool (MetricStream).
      • Data analysis using Excel/MS Access to prepare files for loading, reconciliation, reporting, and validation.
      • Customer service focus in supporting stakeholders/attesters during the attestation process.

      Requirements
      • Effective communication both in written and verbal interactions.
      • Excellent operational skills with Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Access, etc.
      • Effective collaboration with team and across other departments/stakeholders.
      • Proactive issue/task management, monitoring of team inbox to triage/prioritize incoming communications, addressing needs, and following-up till closure.
      • Effective in user testing and validation (i.e., changes to MetricStream, validating alignment to business process)
      • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related fields.
      • At least 4yrs of professional experience working collaboratively and effectively with team members.

      Preferred:
      • Consistent and high-quality reporting/material preparation (i.e., collecting data and preparation of summaries/tables/etc. for recurring meetings and distribution).
      • Experience/familiar with MetricStream, tool used to manage attestation tasks.
      • Business familiarity with data exchange operations/platforms (e.g., EDDI, Edifects, SFTP).
      • Experience with healthcare industry, data/information, and regulatory matters.
