Job Description
- Req#: 23-13715
- Strong Case management/nursing background.
- Clinical knowledge of disease prevention and wellness strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work at a high energy level in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Good working knowledge of current industry standard PC software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and proven administrative abilities.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate employee disease prevention and health promotion programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Nursing, Exercise Physiology or Social Work or Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification, Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification.
- Knowledge of NCQA, CMS, URAC, HEDIS standards applicable to designated department assignment.
