Job Description
- Req#: 23-13492
- This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.
- Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes.
- Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written.
- Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care.
- Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
- Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing.
- Knowledge of Privacy Regulations.
- High School Diploma.
- Medicare Part D Experience.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred.
- 2 years of college preferred.
- Contact Center Experience.
- Knowledge of CMS/NCQA regulations.
- Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing.
